When these three areas are synchronized, you have no health problems. The conclusion is that you need to look after yourself to develop vitality and enthusiasm in your life.

However, this step gives you a “start point” and an “end point” that are needed to make plans to transition from one to the other.
STEP FIVE QUESTION: “WHAT CAN CHANGE NOW THAT MY ENTIRE LIFESTYLE CHANGES?
